Upon specific demand of a customer: to implement a support to allow the use of Wok saucepans on traditional professional hobs, the “laboratory” of ideas of Anodica Trevigiana has started an in-depth research and carried out a series of tests on the field to offer a solution able to satisfy the specific requirements of the market of professional household appliances.
We are referring to the implementation of a support to improve and to facilitate the use and the positioning of the saucepans for the WOK cooking on traditional professional cooking hobs: the project Wok Collar was so born.
