New appointment at Whirlpool. Paola Garavaglia, a graduate of Bocconi University and present in Whirlpool since 2009, assumes the role of product director refrigeration EMEA. Before to work at Whirlpool, he worked for five years at Black & Decker. With the new appointment the representation of women in the roles of senior leaders in the company rises to 20%.
