The Ateq range G series, with continuous air laminar flow for leak tests, includes suitable instruments for automatic lines or manual test benches with operator, to test complete circuits of household appliances and gas components. Compliant with the European testing regulations of the gas sector, it consists of models with electronic control of the test pressure, of automatic or manual test start, of the leak reading in cc/h or cc/min and automatic compensation of the variations of the test pressure and of air density. They are provided in two executions: the first, G520, undoubtedly represents an example of compactness and high added value performances. Thanks to the continuous leak reading, it is very suitable for repairing defective components, during the control phase, for instance fittings or connections not sufficiently tightened. The second, G535, offers a control terminal (user interface through graphic display + alphanumeric LED display) separated from the pneumatic unit and it is particularly suitable for automatic, semiautomatic or manual production lines. Identical the technical specifications, with a pressure measuring range of 50 ~ 500 mbars and of 0.2 ~ 4 bars; as well as accessories, too, including: certified sample leak, barcode reader and micrometric tap.
