According to the data published by Anfel (Spanish association of manufacturers and importers of household appliances), turnover of white goods increased by 6.62% in the first ten months of the year compared to the same period of 2013. Sales in units registered a growth equal to +11% (+475,053 units). Analyzing the various categories of products, in the period January-October 2014 kitchens and side-by-side refrigerators registered the highest growth compared to the same period of last year (respectively +61.10% and +46.45%), while top loading washing machines achieved the worse result (+0.73%). The entire segment of refrigerators reached an increase of +16.63%, while the segment of washing machines +11.33%. Besides, dishwashers registered a growth by +11.32%, ovens +7.40% and hobs +7.55%.
