Whirlpool Corporation continues the reorganization of the sales area in Italy and has appointed Alberto Di Luzio new Freestanding sales director for Hotpoint and Indesit. Forty years, a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Di Luzio started his career at Indesit Company in 2002. After some experience in the industrial area, in 2006 he arrives to the marketing area, where he works for a long time in various positions. From the role of Global Product Marketing Manager at the headquarters, Di Luzio achieves the Marketing Manager role in Russia, where he spent three years. Then, he is appointed Marketing Manager Brand Indesit Italy, a position he held until 2014, when he assumes the recent role of National Account Manager Indesit Italy. From September Di Luzio is Freestanding sales director for Hotpoint and Indesit: in this new position he will report to Lorenzo Paolini, Ceo, VP, GM & Market Operations Italy. Paolini commented: “I wish to congratulate Alberto for this new position that rewards his great experience gained during many years in our company. With him we are sure to give even more value to the Freestanding division”.
