Elica has achieved a new success in design: the Summilux and Bio hoods and the new NikolaTesla extractor hob won the prestigious Red Dot Award 2017 in the Product Design category. “The Red Dot Award 2017 for three our flagship products confirms us as a leading company not only in the market but also in the design. In particular, the award recognized to NikolaTesla fills us with pride and distinguishes us also in a new market segment: the segment of the extractor hobs”, said Fabrizio Crisà who signed the winning products. The Red Dot design award is one of the most important design awards and starting from 1955 it rewards designers and manufacturers worldwide. The winning products are shown in a dedicated museum in Germany.
