During the “Black night in Milan” event held at Milano Contract District, InSinkErator presented to the Italian market the new Showroom Collection, which combines performances and aesthetics and consists of four pieces: the new 3N1 Black dispenser able to provide filtered cold, hot and 98° boiling water instantly; the J-Shape dispenser available in two versions (chromed and brushed steel); and the Evolution 250 garbage disposal. In particular, this latter product eliminates any kind of organic garbage directly in the sink. There are no blades, but hammers that perform high-speed rotating movements by grinding the food in very fine parts until reaching a semi-liquid stage that allows the easy elimination of the garbage. Evolution 250 is compact and features the SoundSeal system that makes the appliance particularly silent. In addition, it features a three-stages grinding system that offers high performances. At the event, the new products have been installed on the Icon kitchen by Ernestomeda, designed by the architect Giuseppe Bavuso.
