V-Zug ovens at ShortCookingRaces

The V-Zug ovens were among the protagonists of the second Italian edition of ShortCookingRaces, which saw its last race on November 22nd at the new SieMatic FlagShip Store in Milan. ShortCookingRaces are three fast cooking competitions between architecture firms (three per race). The participants cooked a recipe in 30 minutes under the supervision of the chef Umberto Zanassi and were evaluated by the people who attented at the events. The three winners will take part in the final in Milan on December 13th. The contest on November 22nd saw the participation of the architecture firms Barreca & La Varra, Piuarch and Studio + 55. Piuarch was the winner and the prepared recipe was “Paella Valenciana”, cooked using the V-Zug appliances. The Swiss brand products are characterized by quality and technological innovation: in particular, the controlled steam ovens combined with ventilated cooking or microwave cooking are also used by starred chefs.
