They include the programmable electronic thermostat with interchangeable fixings and compatible dimensions with mechanical capillary thermostats; temperature range from -35 to +600 °C; differential configurable at any value; programmable parameters and customizable programmes; programmes controlled by encoder; 1 or 2 configurable inputs for NTC, PT100, PT1000 probes; 1 TTL serial outputs; up to 3 outputs for loads control; cooking functions, including: ECO; Pyrolysis; Meat probe; Pizza; Steam.
