CEME announced its recent acquisition of all the assets of ODE Group, including the brands ODE, ODE HK and ACL. “ODE Group – CEME said – is a manufactures of solenoid valves and pumps, with a portfolio of products complementary to CEME’s one, targeting particularly HORECA and industrial applications. This acquisition is part of CEME’s strategy of growth and is meant to create value for its stakeholders. The main benefit for our customers will be an enlarged product offering and a consolidated global presence, combining together the expertise and the capabilities of two leading Groups. We are convinced that the additional opportunities offered by the merging will reinforce the partnership with our customers”.
