Celebrating 45 years in business is not just a matter of age, but the result of a continuous ability to adapt. As CEO Loris Gasparini explains, «reaching 45 years is a milestone for ARC that celebrates not only longevity, but also the ability to continuously evolve alongside the Ho.Re.Ca. sector. In our early days in the 1980s, we established ourselves as specialists in gas burners for kitchens, laying the foundations for Italian-made quality and technical innovation, the result of constant research».
Over time, certain moments have had a particular impact on the company’s industrial development. «Key milestones have been the expansion into high energy efficiency solutions in the 2000s, the integration with the Sabaf Group to enhance company and product performance, and the last decade dedicated to modular and sustainable systems that meet the needs of modern chefs and designers».
This trajectory continues today with a constant eye on the future. «Today, after 45 years, we look to the future with the same passion: to be the reliable partner for those who build high-performance, durable kitchens».
Historical know-how and new market demands
The professional and domestic cooking market has undergone profound changes, driven by regulations, new usage habits and increasingly high performance requirements. ARC has addressed this change by combining its accumulated experience with new safety and efficiency requirements.
«The sector has undergone radical transformations: on the one hand, the demand for energy efficiency and sustainability driven by EU regulations; on the other, chefs and designers seeking extreme performance from increasingly thin pots and pans with different volumes, while maintaining maximum safety».
To respond to these dynamics, the company has adopted a structured approach. «ARC has responded to these dynamics with a dual approach: continuous market analysis through trade fairs and feedback from designers and manufacturers of catering equipment, with studies on gas/energy consumption trends. This has allowed us to evolve our traditional burners – already known for their uniform flame and excellent combustion – towards solutions such as the 115 HE Series, with power up to 10.5 kW, advanced pilot protection and quick assembly that reduces installation time by 30%».
Today, ARC’s technical heritage translates into flexible solutions. «Today, our know-how translates into modular ‘made in Italy’ components that interact with hybrid gas/electric systems, ensuring design flexibility and optimised consumption».
Technical innovation and long-term reliability
Furthermore, in a sector where reliability is an essential requirement, innovation takes on a concrete and measurable value. «Innovation is the driving force behind ARC: we combine the optimisation of production processes, essential for offering competitive prices without compromising on quality, with technical innovation that enhances the performance of our products».
The main areas of development are clear. «The main drivers are high-efficiency burners with uniform flames suitable for any type of pot with any base, advanced pilot protection systems and modularity for quick installation».
Laboratory testing also plays a central role. «Everything is monitored by the gas laboratory of our parent company Sabaf, which tests our products applied in our customers’ professional equipment according to international standards, ensuring extreme reliability and a lifespan of over 10 years in professional kitchens».
