NEPB 19-R is an electric brush realized to meet the needs of not only domestic but also professional cleaning. Designed, manufactured and patented by New Ermes Europe, it is the result of the know-how of the company. New Ermes Europe has been in the field of vacuum components and accessories for four generations. This new battery–powered electric brush is capable of wet&dry cleaning performance on a variety of surfaces. Besides, in the NEPB 19-R SAN configuration it also enables cleaning and sanitizing using the power of steam.
Motor and rollers: key components for effective cleaning action
Liquids, fine dust and large debris: all these types of dirt can be easily removed from walkable surfaces (whether hard floors or carpets) quickly and thoroughly. The 18V 100W DC motor drives the rollers, which are interchangeable and are equipped with an anti-shock system.
Through the multifunctional button and electronic board, four different speeds can be selected. And the set level is highlighted by a LED indicator. In addition, the Memory Module function maintains the last selected rotation speed at each start. The NEPB19-R power brush by New Ermes Europe can always operate in Full Speed mode (without speed settings). Or, upon request, in iBrush mode with an automatic speed setting according to different surfaces.
As regards to the change and cleaning of the rollers (or the possible replacement of the HTD-High Torque Drive toothed drive belt), the operation is facilitated by the presence of the removable front cover fixed by magnets.
State-of-the-art technologies
The NEPB 19-R power brush is equipped with the latest technologies. These can make cleaning operations more effective, safe and comfortable. In particular, they include the EBS (Electronic Safety Board) that guarantees the anti-clogging. And the FPC (Floor Pressure Control) system allows the pressure exerted on the floor to be regulated. Pressure control is done through the upper adjustable air inlet with filter mesh that optimizes suction by ensuring constant contact between rollers and surfaces. Besides, another advanced feature is the Start & Stop at the neck. This is activated by pressing the multifunctional button for two seconds. Finally, thanks to high-powered front LEDs, the user can easily identify also the fine dust.
Solutions for maneuverability
When it comes to floor cleaning, the maneuverability of the devices is as important as performance. To provide a high level of comfort, New Ermes Europe has equipped the NEPB 19-R power brush with small soft front wheels and soft rear big wheels with anti-clogging POM bearings. This combination allows easy movements in order to minimize the efforts. Besides, the multidirectional neck also facilitates movements, while the front bumper protects in case of accidental collisions.
Rechargeable and interchangeable battery
The motor of the electric brush is powered by an interchangeable, rechargeable battery (18V 3Ah Plus Li-ION) with a charge indicator. The working time varies from 45 minutes to more than 2 hours, depending on the activity carried out, the type of surfaces to be cleaned and the size of the areas to be treated. Besides, the battery is fully recharged in 45 minutes with the 4Ah Power X-Fastcharger (3Ah charger is provided for the US and Canada). Removing the battery is easy as it is protected by a transparent, easily removable lid fixed onto the main body of the brush by magnets. This makes opening/closing very easy. The battery is manufactured by the German company Einhell.
