An international team
Francesca Martelli manages and coordinates an international team of over 15 people based in Italy, Poland, and China. She is responsible for defining and implementing global commercial strategies, both short- and long-term, with the aim of developing new markets, increasing revenues, and improving the overall performance of the business unit.
«One of my main tasks – explains Francesca Martelli – is to transform data and analysis into concrete actions capable of generating measurable results on a global level». To carry out this task, she can count on twenty years of experience gained at Patelec, where she has tackled complex challenges and contributed to the consolidation of current results. Over the years, Francesca Martelli has managed clients and markets internationally, developing solid skills in leadership, strategy, and coordination.
Today, she brings these skills to the company to drive commercial innovation processes, strengthen its presence in global markets, and seize new growth opportunities. All this also thanks to the enhancement of the human resources that make up her team. «I strongly believe in the value of people – emphasizes Francesca Martelli – and in the ability to combine individual skills in a shared project».
Results and goals for the future
Since her appointment as Corporate Sales Director, she has worked with her team on two main fronts: acquiring new strategic customers and consolidating relationships with existing ones. «We have strengthened our presence in international markets, optimized commercial policies, and introduced initiatives aimed at increasing turnover and profitability – says Francesca Martelli –. The results have been tangible: new major customers, greater loyalty from existing ones, and an overall improvement in the performance of the Powercords business unit.
As for future goals, I am aiming for sustainable and lasting growth with the collaboration of my invaluable team. It is not just a question of increasing business and profits, but of building a solid commercial network capable of ensuring continuity over time. At the same time, I want my team to operate in the best conditions, with the right tools, efficient processes, and constant motivation. The sales network is widespread, ensuring both effectiveness and proximity. «We operate directly from our various offices with Area Sales Managers and Key Accounts, figures that allow us to have direct control over the main markets – says Francesca Martelli –. At the same time, we use sales agents and distributors to cover the territories, offering rapid response and local support». This mixed structure allows the company to combine the strength of a direct presence with the flexibility of a widespread network.
