A space dedicated to the group’s HVAC solutions has been inaugurated in Vigevano, serving as a hub for customers, wholesalers and industry professionals

Midea, a key player in the air conditioning sector and in the manufacture of large and small domestic appliances, has inaugurated its first Midea Solutions Hub in Italy. The space is located within the CaldaiaStore retail outlet in Vigevano and has been designed to become a hub for all operators in the HVAC supply chain and to strengthen dialogue with all professionals in the area. The opening ceremony was attended by the Mayor of Vigevano, Andrea Ceffa, and the regional councillors of the Lombardy Region, Andrea Sala and Alessandro Corbetta.

Located at Corso Repubblica 2, the Hub has been created to offer a space where visitors can discover Midea solutions, applications and services in an environment consistent with the brand’s identity. The Hub is designed to highlight the work of those who operate daily within the professional sector and to foster greater connection between the various players in the supply chain, from wholesalers to customers, whilst supporting the dissemination of technologies in the market.

«With the Midea Solutions Hub, we aim to strengthen our dialogue with those who work on the ground every day: customers, wholesalers and professionals who form the heart of the HVAC supply chain. This project was launched precisely with the aim of creating a space where technology, expertise and relationships can come together, offering practical support to the channel and, over time, building a model that can be replicated in other regions», says Moris Marcelli, Head of Trade Marketing at Midea.

Solutions for comfort and efficiency

The Midea Solutions Hub in Vigevano showcases a selection of technologies dedicated to comfort and energy efficiency, with solutions designed for various application areas: residential, smart home and light commercial. The exhibition layout is designed to guide customers and professionals in discovering the most suitable solutions for different installation contexts, highlighting not only product performance but also the integration of technologies, applications and services. More than just an exhibition space, the Hub serves as a technological hub for the group’s HVAC solutions.

«We believed in this project right from the start because it reflects a clear vision of the market: creating value together with operators across the supply chain. As an entrepreneur, I strongly believe in this initiative as a catalyst for the development of our network and the local area. It is an approach that supports the channel and strengthens solid collaboration between various stakeholders», says Alessandro Martinati, CEO and founder of CaldaiaStore.

The project also highlights the importance of professional processes and quality standards, supported by the HVAC M Academy, which provides training courses and structured procedures for installation and maintenance – from pre-service to during-service and after-service – with the aim of ensuring continuity, quality and reliability in field operations. In this context, the Midea Solutions Hub represents the first step in a wider project through which the Group intends to strengthen its presence in the region and consolidate its collaboration with the professional channel. The format is in fact designed to be expanded with new Midea Solutions Hubs in Italy as early as 2026, progressively involving other players in the supply chain and helping to build an increasingly structured and long-term relationship between brands, distributors and industry professionals.
