Miele has recently launched its third generation of cordless stick vacuum cleaners. It is the Triflex HX3 range, designed and manufactured in Germany. With these new products, the German company enters the wet cleaning solutions market. In detail, the range includes six models. Two already come with the AquaTwister nozzle for wet cleaning integrated, while the others can have it as an additional accessory. The flagship model is the Triflex HX3 Aqua.
Attention to technical details
Triflex HX3 is a compact appliance characterized by technical details that make floor care easier. When vacuuming hard floors, the appliance offers a 33% longer runtime compared to the previous model. This makes it easier to clean large surfaces without interruptions due to the need for recharging.
Besides, when the PowerUnit (consisting of motor, battery, and dust container) is used on its own, for example to vacuum the car or remove crumbs from the table, battery life is around 70 minutes (in low mode). As regards to cleaning performance, on hard floors the Triflex HX3 can vacuum up more than 99.99% of dust. And for more stubborn dirt, a Boost mode is available that delivers maximum power for ten seconds.
Finally, in the Triflex HX3 range, emptying the dust container has been optimized: a new filtering system with smooth surfaces ensures that dirt falls out easily during emptying, guaranteeing maximum hygiene without direct contact with the collected debris.
The AquaTwister nozzle for wet cleaning
The new AquaTwister nozzle turns the Triflex HX3 into a wet cleaning solution as well. Specifically, two rotating pads on the underside of the nozzle allow for thorough cleaning of hard floors. Besides, a tank holding up to 300 ml of water makes it possible to clean surfaces of up to 150 m2 in one go. Three different water levels can be selected depending on the degree of dirt and the type of floor. In addition, the 360-degree light strip makes dirt easy to spot.
