High-efficiency suction motor
Lindhaus LS38 L-ION vacuum sweeper is a machine covered by an international patent. “It combines the mechanical force of two counter-rotating rollers ‘twin force’, which rotate at 2,000 rpm, to a perfect suction across the entire width – explains Claudia Massaro, Marketing Director at Lindhaus –. Rotafil, our subsidiary, has created for this machine a new high-efficiency suction motor with an integrated traction system for the two rollers. In particular, the traction system with toothed belts/Poli V is patented and allows for counter-rotating rotation of the rollers with maximum silence and reliability.
With only 14 cm high, the LS38 can easily vacuum under furniture and cars, ensuring complete and impeccable cleaning. Energy consumption is extremely low: only 400 W for the Electric version and 270 W for the L-ION version. The machine runs smoothly on 4 anti-scratch rubber wheels. The central wheels are pivoting, allowing for incredible maneuverability. The swivel joint allows for a practical steering effect. The machine is completely at ease on both polished and rough floors with wide and deep joints”.
Professional cleaning and robotics
In the world of professional cleaning, innovation is bringing numerous new developments to the market thanks to new technologies that “tell” about a rapidly evolving sector. The cobot is able to adapt in real time to obstacles, route changes, and the presence of people, and offers two autonomous working modes: Learn&Repeat and Perimeter. There is also a third option: the cobot can be used as a traditional floor scrubber by selecting Manual mode.
Another feature of the machine is that tasks can be assigned to SELF.Y to customize its operations. “Each task – Taoso explains – is associated with a unique code that allows to define a customized cleaning program in terms of: cleaning mode, route, and type of environment to be cleaned”. Besides, SELF.Y ensures constant data monitoring thanks to CFC (Comac Fleet Care) technology, which allows user to monitor the health of the machines in the fleet, whether they are in use and by whom, in order to intervene promptly if necessary.
