Following the recent appointment of Marco Falaschetti as Head of Commercial Italy at Franke Home Solutions, the company has announced a further change at the top. The Board of Directors of the Swiss group has appointed Corrado Mura as the new CEO and President of the Franke Home Solutions division. The manager will also be a member of the Group Management Board. The new appointment will take effect on January 1, 2026.
Barbara Borra leaves the company
Corrado Mura succeeds Barbara Borra, who has led the division for seven years and is now retiring. As the company points out, during her tenure, Barbara Borra has contributed significantly to the strategic development and strengthening of Franke Home Solutions’ positioning, supporting the division’s growth and setting its future course.

Industry knowledge and international experience
After joining Franke in March 2020, Corrado Mura most recently served as Vice President for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa at Franke Home Solutions. With a degree in Business and Managerial Economics from the University of Cagliari, he also has over 20 years of experience in management positions in Europe at Whirlpool Corporation. There, he held positions including EMEA Market Integration Director, Commercial Director, and CFO.
