Since 1928, the Roschi family, now in its 4th generation, has passionately dedicated itself to the production of brushes for various uses, but since 1970 it has focused mainly on the development and production of nozzles and accessories for the cleaning market.
Over the years, New Ermes Europe Srl has made itself known internationally for its high technological and aesthetic quality products and has distinguished itself by becoming a leader in the production and marketing of electric brushes, combined nozzles and accessories for canisters and sticks, turbo brushes, Pet & Home accessories, nozzles and accessories for wet & dry, steam and steam-suction for domestic, commercial, industrial use, centralized systems and spare parts.
It manages the assemblies and finishes for its own products and those of its customers, provides consultancy, research and development of new concepts for suction/extraction accessories, industrial design and restyling of extraction machines and related accessories. Processing of rubber and plastic materials, it carries out trials and tests on the products internally and manages the molding internally but also on behalf of third parties. It incorporates a structure for the study and creation of prototypes with fast prototyping and manages the design and production of molds through the Chinese subsidiary company where today a large part of the production (molding and assembly) is managed in 12,000 m2 with over 120 employees.
Dal lontano 1928 la famiglia Roschi giunta oggi alla 4° generazione, si dedica con passione alla produzione di spazzole per svariati usi, ma dal 1970 si è focalizzata principalmente sullo sviluppo e produzione di spazzole per l’aspirazione.
Negli anni, New Ermes Europe Srl si è fatta conoscere a livello Internazionale per i suoi prodotti di alta qualità tecnologica ed estetica e si è distinta diventando leader nella produzione e commercializzazione di elettrospazzole, spazzole combinate e accessori per aspirapolvere e scopette, turbospazzole, accessori per Pet&Home, accessori e spazzole per wet & dry, vapore e vapore-aspirazione ad uso domestico, commerciale, industriale, impianti centraizzati e ricambi.
Gestisce gli assemblaggi e finiture per i propri prodotti e quelli dei propri clienti, fornisce consulenza, ricerca e sviluppo di nuovi concetti per gli accessori di aspirazione/estrazione, Industrial design and restyling di macchine per l’aspirazione e relativi accessori. Lavorazioni di gomme e materie plastiche, effettua internamente prove e test sui manufatti e gestisce lo stampaggio internamente ma anche conto terzi. Incorpora una struttura per lo studio e realizzazione di prototipi con prototipazioni veloci e gestisce la progettazione e realizzazione stampi tramite l’azienda consociata cinese ove ad oggi viene gestita gran parte della produzione (stampaggio e assemblaggio) nei 12.000 mq con oltre 120 dipendenti.
