Copper rod transformation into single and multi-wires, in compliance with the EN13602 and EN60228 standards.
PATELEC offers the Copper Transformation Service. We transform 8 mm copper rod into single and multi-wires in compliance with the EN 13602 standard, strand wires in compliance with the EN 60228 standard. To guarantee the highest quality, we internally test in our Laboratory the strength, elongation, tensile and resistance.
PATELEC offers a comprehensive portfolio of harmonized low-voltage multicore PVC cables rated 300/300 V and 300/500 V, along with a wide range of internationally approved cables compliant with UL, Australian, Chinese and Japanese standards such as SPT, SV, SJ, RVV and VCTF. The range covers light, ordinary and heavy-duty solutions, including outdoor cables and versions resistant to oil and water, as well as heat-resistant and retractile cord cables. Flexible and extra-flexible constructions in Class 5 and Class 6 are available, together with customized cable solutions developed for specific applications and customer requirements.

Industrial Wiring
A wide range of wiring solutions is manufactured, including flat cables, signal cables, and power cables. Using automatic and semi-automatic equipment, cables with sections from 0.14 mm² to 300 mm² can be produced. Depending on requirements, they can be supplied as packaged kits or as more complex preassembled wirings, ready for direct installation in equipment or machinery.
Control and Electrical Boards
A wide range of electrical boards is produced, from simple junction boxes to highly complex solutions. Boards can be supplied mounted on supports or enclosed in standard cases made of plastic, metal, or specialized metal sheets, tailored to specific requirements. All products undergo thorough testing and verification using advanced simulators to check both connections and active and passive components.
