The Sabaf Group has achieved another important milestone: it has once again won the Best Managed Companies Award. Every year, Deloitte Private awards this prestigious recognition to companies that stand out for their excellent management quality.
Specifically, Sabaf has been included in the New Platinum category, reserved for the nine companies that have won the award for the seventh consecutive year.
The fact that the Group has been recognized year after year confirms its continuous commitment to being an Italian entrepreneurial excellence. This is no easy feat in the current geopolitical context, which is extremely volatile and challenging.
The company received the Best Managed Companies Award during a ceremony held in Milan at Palazzo Mezzanotte, home of the Italian Stock Exchange.
The parameters for evaluating performance
An independent jury selected the Best Managed Companies. This includes experts from the Italian academic and institutional sector. Especially, the jury members took into consideration qualitative and quantitative parameters.

In assessing performance, we applied long-established criteria: strategy; capabilities and innovation; commitment and corporate culture; governance and performance measurement; corporate social responsibility; supply chain management; internationalization; and cybersecurity, a topic that is becoming increasingly critical for businesses”.
Expertise and professionalism of people
Pietro Iotti, CEO of Sabaf, emphasized the central role of people in achieving this result and their high level of professionalism.

Founded in the early 1950s, Sabaf has grown steadily to become one of the top global producers of components for household appliances.
The Group currently employs over 1,700 people across 15 production sites. In detail, it operates through four divisions: Gas, Hinges, Electronics and Induction. The first, under the brands Sabaf and ARC, produces gas taps, thermostats, and domestic and professional burners in Italy, Brazil, China, India, Mexico, and Turkey. Besides, the Hinges division operates with the brands C.M.I., Faringosi, and MEC. It produces hinges for ovens, washing machines, and dishwashers in Italy, Poland, Turkey, Mexico, and the United States.
The Electronics division, on the other hand, produces electronic components for household appliances (in Italy and Turkey) under the brands Okida and PGA. Finally, the Induction division produces components for induction cooking in Italy and Turkey under the brand Sabaf. The Group’s technological know-how, production flexibility, and ability to offer a wide range of components (designed to meet individual customer needs and aligned with the specific characteristics of target markets) represent key strengths.
