Good results for South-Korean semiconductors

The South-Korean SK Hynix Group, one of the biggest world producers of Dram and Nand memories, has announced that in the third quarter 2013 it achieved a turnover of 3.84 billion Dollars, with a net profit of 1.1 billions. This corresponds in both cases to the 4% rise with regard to the corresponding 2012 period. The growth comes from DRAM memories, while NAND ones show a slight recession.
