It is a new fully electrical moulding machine of the series Engel e-mac, equipped with the new big-size CC300 touch screen control. Modular and available in 5 tonnages (50, 75, 100, 150 and 180) matching 6 injection groups (Euromap 50, 170, 310, 440, 740 and 940), with screws that range from 15 to 60 mm, the new Engel e-mac is offered also with integrated robot of the Engel viper series with 6 or 12 kg loading capacity.
Very suitable for moulding precision components in the electronic and electrotechnical sector, it is characterized by minimal overall dimensions, high speed, low consumptions, scarce emissions in the environment and low price. Among the options, stand out also the EngeliQ automatic control of the moulding weight and the smart valve – non-return valve on the injection that automatically closes with a counter-rotation movement of the screw.
