The German trade association, Zvei, reports that in the first 2014 semester, the turnover of the electronic component sector grew in Germany by 9.8% in comparison with the corresponding period of 2013. One third of sales was destined to export, two thirds to the national market. In the same first semester, the number of employees in the sector grew by 1.2%.
