Gitronica releases on the market a kit for the oven management composed by Power Unit, Control Unit and graphic display for the visualization/management of the function menu. Cards are certified for the Europe (IEC regulation) and America (UL) markets. Software certified in B class. Innovation and technology in custom version, tailor-made for all applicative requirements.

THE POWER UNIT

–  220-240V 50/60Hz net power supply;

–  insulated AC/DC converter, low voltage power supply of control units, serial, analogue and digital sensors, galvanically insulated from the power supply net;

–  acoustic signalling with buzzer;

– monitor of power loads;

–  control of 4 loads with 5A relay in phase

–  control of 1 load with Triac 6A in phase;

–  control of 3 loads with 16A relay in phase;

–  control of 1 load with 16A relay with inrush current sealing capacity up to 80°;

–  Neutral control with 16° relay;

–  serial for accessory card control or possible expansions (OC);

–  clock with backup of at least 24 hours of net absence;

–  Zerocrossing management;

–  power connection, polarized lamella connectors (Lumberg Rast 5 type);

–  microcontroller for the basic oven management;

–  compliance with Ta 105 °C / UL.

–  Touch Keyboard sensor, 9 keys to be arranged behind a semi-transparent glass (4 mm thickness), to allow the backlighting of icons and with silver tracks;

–  bicolour icon backlighting: white and red.

 

 

Display TFT 3,5 polliciTHE CPU UNIT WITH DISPLAY

–  TFT 3.5” graphic display;

–  Timer management, clock (without net back-up battery);

–  temperature sensor inside the card;

–  microprocessor, with non-volatile memory for the storing of customized recipes (current resource MCU 128 kb of flash + 1 kb EEPROM for UP and display + MCU 32 kb of flash for keyboard and LED)

–  consumption in stand by < 1W (active function, only clock visualization with reduced brightness).
