Thanks to its technical-commercial partnership with Autom Srl, the company Merkle Korff Industries, specialized in the design and manufacturing of AC gearmotors intended for use in pellet stoves, operates also on the Italian market with a range of optimized products for specific applications, according to customers’ particular demands.
These gearmotors are produced on automated lines with qualitative processes based on “six sigma” methodologies in the cutting-edge factory at San Luis Potosi (Central Mexico).
The recent takeover of Merkle Korff Industries by Nidec Corporation has given birth to a new line of very high efficiency “green” products, which offer the possibility of enhancing the efficiency in the equipment where they are installed, drastically reducing the electric energy consumptions and granting very low environmental impacts. Moreover, they offer the best controllability and excellent reliability and structural quality, combined with an extremely competitive cost.
This collaboration has developed and implemented specific motors and gearmotors, intended for high-efficiency pellet stoves and boilers: brushless gearmotors for pellet-feeding metering screws; brushless motors for air-environment ventilation; brushless motors for fume extraction; high-efficiency capacitor motors for fume extraction; brushless motors for post-combustion.
