Next June, Campus Bovisa of Milan Polytechnics will host the thirtieth edition of the series of conferences Surface Modification Technologies (SMT30).
The conference is held for the first time in Italy and addresses all those – researchers, engineers and technicians coming from academic and industrial ambits – who operate in the surface engineering field. The conference is aimed at promoting the diffusion of the latest results of the researches in the sector and at facilitating their implementation in industry. The programme includes 4 plenary lectures delivered by renowned scholars and parallel sessions that will treat the various aspects concerning the technologies for the surface modification, the characterization of the surfaces obtained and their practical applications.
