The new Beko ovens combine advanced cooking technologies and numerous accessories. Thanks to the Split&Cook technology, the oven with 82 liters capacity is divided into two areas, allowing to set different temperatures, functions and timing depending on the food to prepare. Besides, the oven uses two fans to ensure perfect cooking results. With the addition of the Surf technology, it is possible to guarantee a uniform cooking in both compartments, thanks to the introduction of hot air which is diffused from the sides of the oven. The added value of this technology is the possibility of reducing the cooking times of 30%. The CleanZone system, inserted into the glass door, makes cleaning easier thanks to the use of nano-technology. As regards to the accessories, Homefries allows to use up to 90% less oil. A further accessory is Yogurt & Cheese that prepares yoghurt in less than 5 hours, through a ventilation program to which it is possible to add some algorithms that allow the preparation of cheese. Finally, the PyroProof accessory works simultaneously with the pyrolytic cleaning function that brings the temperature up to 480°, ensuring a perfect cleaning of the oven and its accessories.
