Microline has implemented a range of testing equipment for stoves, gas hobs and combustion chambers on hermetic boilers. Tests vary depending on the product to be tested: cookers and hobs undergo the air tightness, the air/gas flowrate, the intervention of safety thermocouples; concerning combustion chambers, the tightness with high flowrates (up to 1500 nl/h) and very low pressure values (from 0.5 to 5 mbars) are provided for. The feed pressure adjustment is always automatic and the flowrate measurement is carried out by a mass sensor. The instrument is modular, then integrable with the electric safety and other functional tests.
