Seren Bayramoglu is Whirlpool EMEA’s new HR Director Total Rewards and Diversity&Inclusion. The manager will report to Francesca Morichini, HR Vice President of Whirlpool EMEA. Bayramoglu, 38 years old, started her career at Shell Turkey and later worked at General Electric. She has a degree in International Relations and a specialization in Organizational Behavior at the Marmara University in Turkey. “I am proud to offer my long experience in the human resources area to Whirlpool EMEA and in particular I am proud to contribute to the development and implementation of the company’s strategy for Diversity&Inclusion activities and projects – said Seren Bayramoglu -.
