Eugenio Boer, Siemens’ testimonial and renowned chef of the Essenza restaurant in Milan, has received the prestigious Michelin Star: during the presentation of the “Michelin Guide 2018”, the chef was recognized as one of the best chefs in Lombardy. Eugenio Boer’s recipes harmoniously combine the flavors of his childhood in Holland with those of the years spent in Liguria and Sicily. “Experimentation and innovation – Siemens says – are also among the main features of Siemens, which is characterized by innovative technology and continuous research of a modern aesthetic language.
