The Countries bordering the Persian Gulf have agreed the single G-MARK certification, which provides for a plug according to the provisions of the BS 1363-1 British rule and which satisfies the safety requisites of United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Yemen.
Patelec has provided for obtaining the G-MARK certification on the MUK G plug with 13A 250V rating, allowing its customers to satisfy the export requirements from Europe to Asia.
Today MUK G plug can be supplied with 3 certifications: BSI (Great Britain), G-MARK (Gulf Countries) and SPRING (Singapore).
