With the contribution of chef Stefano Cerveni, Sabaf Group involved all its employees in the creation of Sabaf World Chef, an original kitchen book that aims to be a symbol of how globalization can have positive social implications. The employees sent their favorite recipes, the ones that best represent their Countries or the ones that have been handed down in their families from generation to generation. The book contains over 80 recipes, from 5 countries in 3 different continents. Chef Cerveni selected the three best recipes which he then reworked and realized. And he decided to add a special honorable mention for other three recipes. In addition, Sabaf has donated to Save The Children a sum that will guarantee to over 80 severely malnourished children under the age of five years the supply of therapeutic food for a treatment of at least two months.
