The Bluergo product range includes the speed sensors. These products are particular coils conceived to be used principally in traditional motors for domestic use and in washing machines. Normally this kind of coils are inserted into a motor and their purpose is to detect the rotor speed, giving a tension signal proportional to the number of turns. “Speed sensors – the company explains – are almost always developed in co-design with the final customer, depending on the specific exigencies of each single motor”. The main technical features are: windings with class F or H wires, diameters from 0.08 up to 0.25 mm; integral co-moulding with several plastic materials, such as PA PP or PBT; external connection with two cables of variable length.
