The research agency Clarivate has published the annual ranking of the 100 most innovative companies in the world. 35 of them are headquartered in Japan, 18 in the USA, 9 in Taiwan and as many in Germany, 8 in France, 5 in Continental China and as many in South Korea. The most represented sector are semiconductors, with 22 companies. Among them, stand out the brands of Infineon, Intel, Media TEK, NXP, Renesas, STMicroelectronics, Texas Instruments and TSMC.
