Tecnoinox Srl has announced a significant leadership transition that reflects both the continuity of its family ownership and its commitment to developing internal talent. Riccardo Giacomini has been appointed Chief Executive Officer, succeeding his father, Mario Giacomini, as the company’s operational leader. An engineering graduate with extensive international experience gained at Imperial College London, Toyota Motor Europe and Toyota Motor Corporation, the new CEO brings a multidisciplinary background spanning aerospace engineering, industrial process optimization, lean manufacturing and Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE).
During his tenure as Technical Director, Riccardo Giacomini spearheaded a major technological transformation of the company’s product portfolio. He successfully obtained certifications enabling access to non-EU markets, introduced cloud-connected, user-friendly solutions, and developed innovative technologies for the professional cooking sector. Under his leadership, the manufacturing facility embraced automation and Industry 4.0 principles, significantly improving production efficiency while further strengthening the company’s competitive position in international markets. This leadership transition also acknowledges the remarkable achievements accomplished under Mario Giacomini’s direction.
