From more than 30 years, Bluergo has been designing and producing copper windings specifically for the home appliance sector. The company offers speed sensors for white goods, stator coils for drain pumps, PFC chokes for motors and coils for oven. In the picture, the stator coils for gear motors are represented. The main features of these products are: windings on plastic supports of various dimension depending on the final use and developed in co-design with the final customer; windings with class F H wires (diameters from 0.09 up to 0.8); various connection solutions (tin, electrical or magmate soldering); thermal protection on request. Besides, there is the possibility of co-moulding, able to guarantee a superior IP degree and a better electrical insulation.
