The Top Job – Italy’s Best Employers 2026/27 award confirms Sabaf’s commitment to its people and to fostering a positive, inclusive, and growth-oriented work environment

Sabaf ranked 4th in the metalworking sector of the Top Job – Best Employers 2026/27 ranking, compiled by the German Institute for Quality and Finance (ITQF) in collaboration with La Repubblica – Affari&Finanza. The survey collected over 16,000 evaluations, examining approximately 2,100 Italian companies, and identifying 407 companies for the final report.

An agreement that strengthens our journey

For the Sabaf Group, this achievement confirms the value placed on people within its corporate culture. The same philosophy guides all subsidiaries, while respecting the unique characteristics of each organization: active listening, training, skill development, employee benefits, and a focus on well-being are all part of our shared journey.

«We are proud of this recognition, which stems from employee evaluations and reflects the quality of our work environment», comments Laura Ipogino, Global Group HR Director. «Being among the most highly regarded companies in this category confirms that our focus on people is not merely a stated principle, but a commitment we build upon every day. This achievement belongs first and foremost to our employees, who contribute to the Group’s growth through their professionalism and engagement».

People at the heart of Sabaf’s culture

For Sabaf, a focus on people is a cornerstone of its identity. The Group describes the individual as «the original value and the fundamental criterion for every decision», with a business philosophy aimed at ensuring dignity and freedom within a framework of shared behavioral guidelines. This same philosophy and focus on people are shared and applied across all of the Group’s subsidiaries, while respecting the unique characteristics of each organization. This approach is reflected in a range of concrete initiatives for employees, from training and incentive programs to corporate welfare and policies designed to promote well-being and a healthy work-life balance.
