The component sector is still involved in several takeovers. Among the outstanding ones, ranks the takeovers of the United States Camstar Systems by the German Group Siemens and of the United States Motorola Mobility by the Chinese Group Lenovo, producer of computers but also of smart TV sets. In the latter case, the purchase amount was 2.91 billion dollars; the amount of the first, on the contrary, has not been communicated, yet.
