The rotary table for testing the motors of washing machine drums by Microline is composed by three workstations. The first executes the product loading/unloading with barcode reader to assure traceability and with mechanics to diversify compliant pieces/rejects. The second carries out electrical safety tests, dimensional and piece detection tests. The third carries out vibration tests on the three axes and performance tests. The fourth is provided with artificial vision for the control of the motor pulley correct state, printing and application of the product label.
