Turkish company Arçelik published its sales performances. In the first quarter of 2014 revenue reached 2,802 million Turkish lira, +15.3% compared to 2,430 million Turkish lira in the first quarter of 2013. Revenue from the company’s white goods appliance business was TRY 1,948 million, +16.2% compared to the same period in 2013. Revenue from the company’s Electronics products business was TRY 452 million, up from TRY 336 million in Q1 2013. Arçelik expects stable or increasing market share in key regions in 2014. It expects its white goods volume growth in Turkey to be from 0-2%, while the company expects its international volumes to grow more than 8%.
