On October 31st 2014, in Barcelona, they signed the deed of sale with which the Spanish consortium CNA, composed by 5 banks of the Country, has taken over the production plants of the failed Fagor Group, major producer of household appliances in Spain. The consortium intends to relaunch the Fagor brand with new sales strategies in the Iberian Peninsula and in the neighbouring France.
