“One Europe, One language, one smart home”: this is the leitmotiv of Energy@home, EEBus and Agora-Smart Sweet Home that have recently participated together in the international fair EU Utility week (Amsterdam, 4-6 November 2014). They presented their vision of the smart home, showing that they want to enable cooperation among different products in order to deliver specific benefits to consumers, regardless of the technology they use to communicate. They explain that it’s necessary a common language for the communication of devices. During the EU Utility week, the partners demonstrated together energy management, focusing on the optimization of self-consumption and use of cheap energy.
