The rotary table by Microline dedicated to flow switches for boilers has eight stations that execute several tests before and after the automatic assembly of the various product parts, like the body, the filter, the float and the REED: dimensional controls, check of part presence, colour, correct positioning, functions and sealing. Some stations are integrated by artificial vision. The download of rejects and non-compliant parts is subdivided into more typologies according to the defect; the laser marking is provided for compliant products.
