Elica’s Edith hood, designed by Fabrizio Crisà, has been awarded with the iF Product Design Award 2015. The company received this award by iF International Forum Design that has selected the best international design projects, examining nearly 5,000 projects. Also in 2013 Elica had received this prestigious award for Tiffany and Sweet hoods. Edith belongs to New Evolution series and it’s a polyfunctional hood-chandelier able to guarantee quality of air and light for the correct atmosphere of each room. “Of all the products designed for Elica – commented Fabrizio Crisà, Design Center Manager – Edith probably represents in the best way the decision of the company towards an all-round design, intended as a meeting point between vision, technology and creativity. It’s a perfect symbol of synthesis between the past and the future for a company that for over 40 years has been a leader in the treatment of the air in the home”.
