In the year of its 75th anniversary, Elba has launched Carbon Luxe, a collection of freestanding cookers made of carbon. The project was conceived with the goal of bringing materials, aesthetic details, and a design philosophy inspired by luxury hypercars into the kitchen environment.

The collection was unveiled during the 75th Elba International Convention, held at Villa Casette in Bassano del Grappa. The location was chosen because it reflects the company’s DNA, combining history, tradition, and modern design. It is, in fact, a historic building dating from the second half of the 18th century, reinterpreted through a contemporary language.
An extensive research process at Elba’s R&D center
Carbon Luxe is the result of an extensive research and design process conducted by Elba’s R&D center in Italy. The name itself of the collection sums up its identity. Carbon fiber—a symbol of performance and innovation—combines with luxury, interpreted as exclusivity, artisanal craftsmanship, and Italian design.
Furthermore, the product’s design is distinguished by the knobs and analog thermometer, which evoke the speedometer of a luxury car. In addition to this, the black color—minimalist and elegant—blends with the texture of the carbon fiber. This creates a sophisticated aesthetic.
Not just a stylistic choice
The use of carbon as a core material is not merely a stylistic choice and an aesthetic finish. It delivers concrete functional benefits. Its lightness and mechanical strength, advanced thermal insulation, and tolerance to temperature fluctuations all contribute to making Carbon Luxe freestanding cookers safe, durable, and capable of maintaining high performance even with intensive daily use.
Two different models
The collection debuts with two models. The Full Electric induction version features a five-zone cooktop with booster and bridge functions. Besides, the 124-liter multifunction oven with dual fans ensures even heat distribution.
The Dual Fuel variant, on the other hand, combines the precision of electric cooking with the power of gas. The five burners—including a 5-kW dual burner and two 4-kW double-ring burners—offer versatility and high performance. The oven, in addition to its 11 available cooking functions, reaches a temperature of 300°C.
Both versions are enhanced with accessories and details such as chrome knobs and a smoked glass door with soft-close mechanism.
