To enhance the safety of the USB connectors in industrial environments, Igus has developed conprotect, a protective device that, in a few steps, is fastened around the connectors usb. Two thumb screws help to further increase the reliability. This system also prevents inadvertently disconnect connectors. This protective system for the connectors can also be used to pair flying connectors.
