Novy presents the EcoSmart label, with which the company identifies its efficient hoods that can consume up to 85% less energy: all products with the EcoSmart label are in A or A+ class for energy efficiency. Thanks to a new silent and efficient motor and thanks to a LED lighting system, the energy consumption is significantly lowered during the use of the hood. In addition, the perimeter extraction (patent of Novy) offers higher performances compared to the appliances with conventional extraction and this means higher efficiency with lower energy consumption. EcoSmart also offers solutions to reduce energy waste: for example, the Auto-stop function turns off the hood automatically after 3 hours of operation, avoiding waste of power. Besides, Monoblock activated carbon filters – used to transform the appliance from suction hood to filtering hood – can be regenerated 12 times before being replaced.
