Trevi announced on its Facebook page that an agreement has been signed for the acquisition of Girmi (historical Italian brand of small domestic appliances) from Bialetti Industrie SpA to Trevidea Srl, subsidiary company of Trevi Group and specialized in small appliances. “Our big family, which owns the brands Trevi Elettronica, Trevi Ped and G3 Ferrari, with pride is enriched of another Italian brand, which completes and increases the offer of products for the family”, commented Trevi on Facebook.
