New Abag system developed for the electrical safety testing of all household appliances up to a maximum power of 3.7 kVA, according to CEI EN60335-1 and CEI EN 50106 regulations, with possibility of executing also multiple functional tests current/absorbed power with currents of acceptance from 1 mA to 16 A.
It is a Plug and Work tool, of immediate installation and programming, very user friendly. Equipped with a broad display with 12-inch resistive touchscreen (usable with gloves, too), besides executing all electrical safety measurements, the measuring system suits the specific testing requirements of the product. Up to 15 functional measurements are programmable, in automatic sequence or guided by operator with instructions and images, with possibility of activating at the test end the component traceability page and/or for traceability insertion of components and/or free notes, of having multi-print functions of product label, package label, of executing safety test reports (three independent printers managed automatically according to the test result and the product code), besides other available functions as standard.
If electronics is installed on board of the products under testing, it is not necessary to disconnect anything, the test can be carried out without problems because, like in all Abag measuring and testing systems, high voltage sources guarantee the absolute absence of disturbances that can affect the reliability of circuits and of the electronic components installed on products, besides granting a complete independence from the power supply net and the tested product.
The system is equipped with internal industrial computer, SSD hard disk with MS Windows 10 Professional operating system, MS Access format database, connection in LAN network, as standard n. 2 for wired connection, n. 1 wireless, with availability of other operational functions.
