The third edition of “Officina dei Talenti” is starting: it is a training project promoted by Everel Group for young people who are entering the world of work. Everel Group manufactures electromechanical components for household appliance and automotive sectors: the Italian company (Valeggio sul Mincio, Verona) has production plants in Italy, Germany and Romania, and has 700 employees worldwide. “Officina dei Talenti” is a serious and very effective project: the last two editions have seen the participation of 17 participants and 7 of these ones have found employment in the company, while others have found employment in other companies in the sector, thanks to this training course. The project aims to facilitate the training and the professionalism, promoting the skill development. The company has created an innovative training program, focused on the production roles, which includes classroom lessons and practical applications for a total of 120 hours. “Officina dei Talenti” is especially directed to people of the territory with diploma, qualification or degree in the mechanical and/or technical field. Everel has opened the registration, which will last until March 20th: the 10 selected participants will be hosted at the company for the project. The participation in the course is certified by a final certificate and offers the opportunity of a possible future recruitment at the plant in Valeggio sul Mincio (Verona), Everel Group’s headquarters and manufacturing site. The beginning of “Officina dei Talenti” is March 27th, 2017. The project lasts three consecutive weeks, with a daily time 9 am-1 pm /2 pm-6 pm.
